Here we go...
thank goodness today was sunny and warmer than usual.
I made it outside for a slow 2 mile jog - took about 30 min. so it was a real slow jog, but I got the job done.
Once I got home I was warmed up so I did the required 12 exercises - they were a small challenge but I was able to complete them all. YAY.
Denise's food plan is great. I'm not starving between meals - some days we'll get a fruit snack between meals .
So I've weighed in and measured myself - we're off to a good start.
I hope I stick with it for 3 weeks. It sounds like a long time to be very very good.
