Denise had me working hard and sweating through the 12 exercises again today!
She calls it a cardio blast but it was a full muscle burn for me.
One thing I've noticed. I used to make the easiest meal possible and think it must be less calories and better for me. I'm following Denise's meal plan and recipes and she makes the meals delicious so I don't feel deprived and I'm finding that I'm not craving things I shouldn't have because the meals are so satisfying. why didn't I think of that before. it makes so much sense.
I don't have a need to overeat because my mouth and stomach are satisfied.

also walked for 30 min today - approx 2 miles.
