Block Head

I love to sew almost as much as I love to make jewelry. I've joined a couple "Block of the Month" clubs at my local Quiltery Shoppe. the first club is for very basic blocks, I've chosen to go with the earth tones group. First I started with a whole bunch of strips. Here is my finished block for January. Kind of primitive, but I'm learning.
The second Block of the Month group is a lot more challenging. We'll be creating a 12 days of Christmas quilt by the time we're finished. Here is the first block - I hope my comes even close to looking like this.Back to the really fun stuff... I can't believe I already have 225 comments for the One World One Heart giveaway. I added a third set to my giveaway since I went over 200 comments. Remember, you don't have to be giving something away to leave a comment up there, you just need to have a blog. Click on the World logo to see the over 600 participants and start signing up for their giveaways!
