I've been faithfully keeping to my workout schedule - now if I don't start keeping track I know I'll be disappointed when I want to know how much I've done - run miles, pushups, situps etc. so my plan is to keep track. I've decided I'm going to use a listing on side to do this. It'll be very interesting to watch the numbers go up.
I've also cut back my dairy to almost zero. One tbl of coffee creamer is it. I tsp of sugar is it too. I'm feeling cleaner and lighter inside if there is such a thing. In only 6 days of cleaner, healthier plant based eating I can really already start to feel a difference. I can't wait to see how I feel in a month.
