2007 Resolution #2 - Get Fit and Stay Fit. I started running last year. I ran 5k's and even a 10k. I even helped my sister train for the half marathon and was running 6 and 7 miles at a time. THEN I went on vacation in october and stopped all forms of exercise. I even stopped walking when we got back. Two days ago, I started running again. I ran 2 miles and didn't think I could finish. I finished but I haven't been able to walk straight without muscle pain since. I'm not going to let that happen again. Once I get back in shape, I'm staying there. Even on vacation. no more slacking this year. it takes forever to get back into shape and it takes so little time to lose all that good muscle. So resolution #2 is a definite GO.
